My name is Colby Boykin. I am a mother to three beautiful children and the wife to an amazing husband. I have been working on starting this business by bettering my education and experience since 2018. I have completed a 250 hour Paralegal course, obtained my Notary Public while employed as a Recording Secretary/Administrative Assistant and owned my own Virtual Assistant business where I provided many of these services. I am currently working on getting my certificate to be able to provide Document Preparation Services. I have driven myself to get better at what I do every day to better serve my community and more!

Here at ODP I offer a wide variety of services for our clients. As a Notary Public I offer not only in person and traveling Notary services, but we also offer E-Notary services as well. If you are out of town or can't leave your home but need a Notary, give us a call today! Any of the Document Services being offered are handled with the highest diligence, respect and confidentiality. I use a locked hard drive to store any and all client information and projects the is separate than out main computers. Billing is handled on a secure site where your information will never be shared, stolen or sold. I pride myself on the sole purpose for my client's safety and satisfaction.

After 4 years of pushing myself to learn everything that I could about every service that I offer, I have decided to share my expertise with the world. I spent 2 years as a Virtual Assistant offering transcription, resume services, email, social media management and more, I then spent a year employed as a Recording Secretary and Administrative Assistant for the Administrator who was also an Attorney, where I transcribed and recorded meeting minutes, created Resolutions, Ordinances, Meeting Agendas, Agenda Packets, edited Policies and performed program audits. Before I resigned this position, I became a Notary Public for the State of Nevada. It was that position that made me decide to pursue becoming a Paralegal. I then immediately proceeded to complete a 250-hour Paralegal Course. During the last 4 years I have helped many different clients all over the country by performing data entry into Quickbooks, helped hundreds with creating their resumes and cover letters, creating patient questionnaires and even helping rework community wide policies.
